公司研发部门主要从事精细化工中间体、新型材料的研发、工艺改进，为大规模生产提供基础数据。目前，部门由高校教授牵头，多名博士和硕士所组成。现已开发出多种染料、医药化工中间体、新型材料中间体及聚合材料。数十种商品已进入大规模生产并商品化，市场反馈良好。
The research center focus on the development of special chemical and pharmaceutical intermediates, new polymer material with high performance and improvement of production technology. The center provides the base data for industrial production. At present, the department is led by professors and constituted of doctors and graduates. Several kinds of chemical products have been developed and marketed which are welcomed.
